General conditions of service

Montreal Limousines provides professional chauffeur services operated by experienced owner‑operators. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a consistent experience for all clients. If you have any questions, our team is available to assist.

1. Reservations

Reservations may be made online, by phone, or by email. A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings. By reserving a service, you agree to the rates, policies, and terms in effect at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Airport transfers and hourly charters require advance notice. Long‑distance trips, special events, and multi‑vehicle bookings may require extended notice. Changes to reservations are subject to availability.

3. Waiting Time

A grace period is included with every pickup. Additional waiting time is billed in increments according to the vehicle type and service category. For airport pickups, waiting time begins after the grace period following the aircraft’s arrival at the gate.

4. No‑Show Policy

A reservation is considered a no‑show if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within the waiting time period. No‑show charges are equal to the full cost of the service.

5. Vehicle Capacity & Safety

For safety and regulatory reasons, chauffeurs cannot exceed the seating or luggage capacity of their vehicles. Child seats are available upon request and must be requested in advance.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions provided by the chauffeur. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7. Damage & Cleaning

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle requires special cleaning after the trip.

8. Payments & Billing

All charges are billed to the credit card on file unless alternative arrangements have been made. Additional charges may include waiting time, tolls, parking, extra stops, or changes to the itinerary.

9. Liability

Montreal Limousines is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure timely service but cannot guarantee arrival times in all conditions.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services.

11. Changes to These Terms

Montreal Limousines may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
